Paul is the VP of Policy and Special Projects for Vermont Information Technology Leaders, Inc.

VITL is a non-profit organization authorized by the Vermont legislature to build and operate a statewide health information exchange in Vermont.  VITL also has an HHS grant to train Vermont primary care providers to use Electronic Health Records (EHRs)

VITL is located in Montpelier, Vermont.

Professional Experience

Paul is a Veteran of  Vermont  Democratic politics.

He is currently the chair of the Addison County Democrats. In 2004, Paul was a candidate for the Vermont State Senate. During the campaign in Addison County, he talked to voters about many Public Policy Issues
