2007- Present Paul is the VP of Policy and Special Projects for Vermont Information Technology Leaders, Inc. VITL is a non-profit organization authorized by the Vermont legislature to build and operate a statewide health information exchange in Vermont. VITL also has an HHS grant to train Vermont primary care providers to use Electronic Health Records (EHRs) VITL is located in Montpelier, Vermont. |

Paul is a Veteran of Vermont Democratic politics. He is currently the chair of the Addison County Democrats. In 2004, Paul was a candidate for the Vermont State Senate. During the campaign in Addison County, he talked to voters about many Public Policy Issues |
